ZSL’s project, Digital Eyes and Ears for Wildlife Protection, will use next generation camera traps to better protect threatened wildlife. Automated sensors will be able to instantaneously transmit alerts of gunfire, vehicle movement and human presence, thus contributing to the fight against the illegal trade in wildlife.
